I am the maintenance administration and advisor at Gauteng Management Agents. I would like to give owners some insight into the world of maintenance and GMAs role in the running of the scheme.

One of my main responsibilities is to ensure that the scheme is compliant in all categories, mainly safety compliance, ensuring that annual services are up to date, COCs are complaints for common property and that insurance valuations have taken place as outlined in the sectional title act.

I am available for all owner queries regarding building maintenance on common property as well as to assist owners with any queries they may have regarding their sections maintenance and upkeep.
