Portfolio Managers and trustees are the dynamic duo of property management, making sure everything runs smoothly, there are always bumps in the road but our main goal is to ensure that we tackle these problems to the best of our abilities and to get them resolved as soon as possible.

We follow the rules and regulations of the Sectional Titles Act to ensure our schemes are compliant and up to date in all categories from a financial perspective, to insurance all the way through to ensuring that the complex looks uniform and stays within the set esthetic established when the complex was built.
